Wowowow, the gameplay reveal trailer for Yasmine just dropped. It’s June 17th 2026 and they are making me wait until AUGUST 3RD?? I’ve never wanted to scromit more right now than I ever have before. I expected something at EVO at the end of the month which now has me scratching my head, are we going to see more about Arjun? Maybe we will see something about a battle pass?

With Ingrid coming, we lost any future World Tour additions. While I didn’t care before, now, I suddenly will miss the opportunity to have sick hangouts with Yasmine.

Yasmine’s lore is that she is a highschooler hailing from the Philippines joins the fight to search for her long-lost Kuya. Despite her shy and gentle demeanor, Yasmine beams with confidence whenever she uses her crescent-shaped karambit knife to dance around her opponents at high speed just like her Lolo taught her.

Yasmine Movelist Details for Street Fighter 6

• Talim ng Hangin: Yasmine spins forward in a low sweep that can either close distance with opponents or bait out their attacks based upon the strength used, with successful hits placing her in Bayani Mode.
• Mukha ng Langit: Yasmine leaps into a front flip that can mix up opponents with either a forward swipe or an upside-down spinning back hit.
• Lipad ng Agila: a multi-hit attack where Yasmine leaps into the air in a flurry of kicks.
• Pangil sa Likuran: a swirling projectile that lashes out at varying speeds so Yasmine can chase down and open up her opponent.
• Hiwa ng Kalangitan: Yasmine’s Level 1 Super Art sees her kick her opponent into the air, then slam them back down before transitioning into Bayani Mode.
• Nakatagong Lakas: During Yasmine’s Level 2 Super Art she focuses her energy for a limited time boost that allows her to use special moves while staying in Bayani Mode. She can also use Linya ng Liwanag during this Super Art where she dashes past an opponent and attacks them from behind.
• Pamumukadkad ng Sampaguita: Yasmine’s Level 3 Super Art where she spins an opponent and gathers energy before pulverizing them in an all-out attack.

The real show stopper here is Costume 2!! I’m so excited for costume 2, but I need to see the COLOR OPTIONS. This might be as close to Sakura as we get in Street Fighter 6. Though, even if we get Sakura, she won’t have that schoolgirl tomboy energy anymore (read:positive) so I’m glad there’s a new character to carry that archetype.

The Year 4 passes are available now and the Ultimate Pass includes additional costumes and colors! Owners of the Year 4 Ultimate / Character Pass will have Yasmine unlocked when she releases on August 3. She will be playable at Evo Las Vegas from June 26-28!
